Tasting notes
Tart, focused and bright in acidity, this unoaked wine doesn't hold back in richness, allowing the fruit to speak freely for itself in lemon, Mandarin orange and melon. Asian pear and peach play supporting roles as lingering aromas of jasmine weigh in. — Virginie Boone

The 2016 Unoaked Chardonnay is scented of fresh apples and pears with touches of nutmeg, baker's yeast and honeysuckle. The palate is light to medium-bodied with a racy line of freshness lifting the youthful apple and pear flavors, finishing with great purity. 921 cases produced.
