Tasting notes
Very very exciting and mineral on the nose. An introvert wine but with much more obvious ripeness than the Clos Hauserer. This is luscious already and should have a long period of drinkability. (JR)

(not yet racked; this has not received any sulfur since the pressing) Apple, lime and mint on the nose. Juicy, gingery fruit supported by strong acidity (still a trace of malic?). Offers wonderful sugar/acid snap and lovely inner-mouth perfume. Tastes less sweet than its 20 grams of residual sugar.
