Dark magenta. Heady aromas of Chambord, boysenberry, candied flowers and fruitcake; vanilla and mocha notes appear with air. Shows very good depth and spicy cut to the sweet red and blue fruit preserve flavors, which display fine definition and a smoky mineral topnote. The spice and blue fruit notes drive a long, juicy finish that's firmed by steadily building but harmonious tannins.

Aromas of spiced plums, dark cherries, toffee and dried herbs. Chocolate orange, too. It’s medium-to full-bodied with firm, fine tannins. Sleek and vibrant with a ripe, earthy and concentrated palate. Mocha notes on the long finish. Drink or hold.
