A bright magenta with a purple tinge, the 2021 Syrah Les Titans is packed with aromas of crushed stones, black pepper oils, savory earth, black raspberry, fresh plum, brothy saline, and wildflowers. It has a noble structure and is built for the long haul, but it’s darn delicious now and is only going to improve with time. This is an outstanding coastal Syrah with a real sense of place. Drink 2024-2038.

The 2021 Estate Syrah Les Titans is youthfully coiled and takes plenty of time to unwind in the glass. After several minutes, it reveals scents of blueberry jam, cassis, grilled meats, dried herbs and lavender. The full-bodied palate has concentrated, floral flavors, clay-textured tannins, a bright spine of acidity and a long, detailed and spicy finish. It has the structure and concentration to age very well in bottle.
The 2021 Syrah Estate Les Titans is one of the best wines I have tasted from Peay. Inky dark blue/purplish fruit, gravel, incense, chocolate, licorice, cured meat and blackberry saturate the palate in this dense, explosive Syrah. The 2021 is exceptionally balanced, not to mention so vivid and beautiful.
