Score 88/100 · Drink 2021-2026, Neal Martin, Oct 2021

The 2019 Chablis Village, aged entirely in stainless steel, is crisp and steely on the nose, low-key at first, the opening to reveal flinty aromas. The fresh palate features orange zest and citrus lemon on the entry and displays fine acidity. Not complex but bursting with freshness, delivering plenty of tension on the finish. This will do very nicely.

The 2019 Chablis Village delivers notes of honeysuckle, waxy yellow orchard fruit and rock salt. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and concentrated, it's bright and layered, concluding with a saline finish.
