Good red-ruby color, deeper than the Echezeaux. Complex aromas of sappy cherry, redcurrant and meat. Considerably riper than the Echezeaux, with almost liqueur-like fruit flavors and a lush, velvety texture. Here the sweet tannins spread out impressively to coat the palate.
