Tasting notes
Always one of the top Sauvignons in the vintage, the 2017 Sauvignon Blanc 29 Estate is no exception and offers a brilliant bouquet honeyed limes, fig, crushed citrus, and hints of caramelized pineapple. This carries to a medium to full-bodied Sauvignon that's beautifully balanced, has high yet integrated acidity, terrific concentration, and a great finish. Give bottles a year and it will keep for over a decade.

The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc 29 Estate turned out beautifully. Aging in oak with lees gave the wine a gorgeous texture and elegant nuance to play off varietal citrus, tomato leaf and mint notes. Over the years, the winery's Sauvignon Blanc has moved toward a fresher style, but it still has plenty of richness and texture. This is such a gorgeous wine.
The 2017 Sauvignon Blanc 29 Estate opens gives up white peaches, grapefruit and green mango scents with hints of cedar, honeysuckle and apple blossoms. Medium to full-bodied, it has a lovely oily texture, and great intensity in mouth with a long, stone fruit-laced finish.
