Tasting notes
The 2017 Pinot Noir Two Brothers comes from a mix of Sonoma County sites and sees a touch of stems as well as mostly neutral barrels. This deep ruby-hued effort offers up a meaty, complex, savory style in its mulled red and black fruits, salted peanut, and forest floor-like aromas and flavors. Nicely textured, medium-bodied, and charming, it's a solid, complex effort to enjoy over the coming 4-6 years.

Pale ruby in color, the 2017 Pinot Noir Two Brothers is scented of woodsmoke and red and black cherries with touches of earth, tea leaves and citrus peel. The palate is light-bodied with crunchy, earth-laced fruits, good freshness and a delicate finish. 635 cases produced.
The 2017 Pinot Noir Two Brothers is perfumed, gracious and light on its feet. Bright floral notes, earthiness, cranberry, mint and blood orange are nicely lifted in an ethereal, gracious Pinot that will drink well right out of the gate. The Two Brothers is always on the light side, but the 2017 has a nervous energy I find quite appealing.
