Score 90/100 · Drink 2007-2014, Robert Parker, Dec 2007

The 2005 Pinot Noir Ferrington Vineyard exhibits a deep ruby color along with a nice, earthy, sweet nose of blue fruits, raspberries, and cherries. Medium-bodied with good acidity, light tannin, and a pure, Cote de Beaune-like style, it will drink well for 5-7 years. Tel. (707) 433-6425; Fax (707) 433-6546

Bright ruby. Very sexy aromas of raspberry and cherry-cola, with a vibrant mineral overlay. Lush and velvety but at the same time bright and energetic, with fresh cherry and red berry flavors. Cabral told me that the pH here was 3.45 after the malolactic fermentation.
