Score 94/100 · Drink 2016-2023, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Jan 2015

The Rochioli 2013 Pinot Noir Little Hill is one of the most structured wines in the lineup. Primary fruit notes lie in the background, while the acidity and tannins are much more prominent. Ideally, readers should give the 2013 at least a year in bottle to fully come together. This is an impressive showing. The 50% new oak is nicely balanced, even at this early stage in the wine's life.

Score 92-94/100 · Drink 2015-2030, Robert Parker, Dec 2014

The 2013 Pinot Noir Little Hill tastes like unmanipulated, super-concentrated black cherry and black raspberry juice. Little oak is noticeable, and the wine offers stunning purity, texture and length. Perfumed and intense but not the least bit heavy, with no component out of balance, this wine will require patience. Give it several years of bottle age and drink it over the following 10-15 years.
