Score 87/100 · Drink 2014-2018, Robert Parker, Dec 2014

With respect to the Pinot Noirs, the least expensive and most accessible is the 2012 Pinot Noir East Side Road Neighbors. Its medium dark ruby color is followed by dusty, loamy, earthy notes intermixed with red cherries and spice. Drink this medium-bodied Pinot over the next 3-4 years. Tel. (707) 433-6425

Full ruby. Deeper and darker in character than the Westside Neighbors bottling, displaying scents of dark berries, cherry compote and licorice, with a smoky note building in the glass. Bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors show very good depth and a spicy element, along with a hint of candied flowers. Tightens up on the chewy, youthfully tannic finish, which is lifted by a zesty spine of minerality.
