(from vines planted in 2000) Good medium red. Fruit-driven aromas of maraschino cherry, raspberry and fresh herbs. Creamy and quite sweet but not at all cooked; plenty of spicy oak showing. In a chunky style, a bit less elegant than the Amber Ridge bottling. Finishes with big, oaky tannins and lingering red fruits.
