Good ruby-red. Wild cherry, smoked meat, mushroom and mocha on the nose. Concentrated and fat, with spicy black fruit flavors lifted by suggestions of cranberry and pomegranate and brisk acidity. In a dense, rather muscular style. Finishes firmly tannic and persistent.
