Tasting notes
Looking at the two Pinot Noirs, the 2019 Pinot Noir Super Chill has a ripe yet vibrant nose of cherry and strawberry fruits as well as spring flowers and spice. It's medium to full-bodied, wonderfully balanced, and elegant on the palate, with perfectly integrated acidity and tannins. I love it today, yet it should keep for a decade.

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2019 Pinot Noir Super Chill sings of lifted floral notes—violets, roses and lavender—over a core of kirsch, raspberry preserves and bouquet garni, with suggestions of mossy bark, truffles and redcurrants, plus a touch of rhubarb. The medium to full-bodied palate absolutely pops with fantastic raciness and loads of mineral and floral layers, backed up by exquisitely ripe tannins, finishing very long and tightly wound.
