Tasting notes
Kosta Browne's 2013 Chardonnay One Sixteen is quite pretty. Pear, white peach, smoke and slate all blossom In the glass. The addition of Ritchie fruit, a first for this wine, gives the flavors additional brightness. The soft, silky finish is incredibly inviting.

Kosta Browne's 2013 Chardonnay One Sixteen is round, rich and very nicely layered in the glass, with attractive apricot pit, melon, Chamomile and honey notes. Creamy and expressive through to the finish, the 2013 should continue to drink nicely for at least another handful of years. A number of top-notch vineyard sources inform the blend, including Zio Tony, Charles Ranch, Searby, Ulises Valdez and El Diablo.
