Like many of the best Alsace domaines, Weinbach produced a bevy of delicious Rieslings. The 1990 Riesling-Cuvee Theo is jammed with highly extracted, flowery, apple, mineral-like fruit. Medium to full bodied, with a long, dry finish, it should drink well for up to a decade. Domaine Weinbach's glorious 1990s are a worthy match for the estate's stunning 1989s.
