2011 Puligny Montrachet Les Folatieres

Pale yellow. Inviting musky scents of apricot, flowers and honey. Deep and tactile on the palate, with strong minerality currently dominating stone fruit flavors. This wine can be in a rather Condrieu style, notes Saouma, but this 2011 is dense without coming across as creamy. Still, there's nothing austere about it. Finishes with lovely minerally persistence.
