Score 93/100 · Drink 2017-2035, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2014

The 2013 Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, which sees around 40% new oak (slightly more than usual), has a very pure bouquet with orange blossom, freshly sliced pear and a touch of white peach that is somehow very feminine and alluring. The palate is fresh and vibrant, quite structured in the mouth, with a poised, chalky finish that lingers for a long time. There are just 2½ barrels this year of this impressive Criots.
