Tasting notes
Hazy yellow. Smoky and ripe on the nose, with potent pear and melon aromas underscored by toasted grain and minerals. Surprisingly light in body, offering pure pear and yellow apple flavors and becoming spicier and more tangy on the finish. Nicely melds richness with energy, and has the balance to age.
