Tasting notes
Glass-staining ruby. A highly complex bouquet evokes red and blue fruit preserves, incense and baking spices, and a suave floral quality emerges with aeration. Sappy, sharply delineated Chambord, blueberry, fruitcake and candied violet flavors deliver a spicy jolt of cracked pepper. Shows outstanding depth as well as vivacity and finishes spicy and extremely long, with the blue fruit and floral notes emphatically repeating.

The 2019 Panoplie is primarily Mourvèdre, blended with 22% Syrah and 16% Grenache. Medium ruby, it has a nose of black and red berry fruit with touches of iron, tobacco, citrus peel and dried flowers. The palate is supple and floral with uplifting freshness and a mineral-driven finish. 820 cases produced.
