Good full ruby-red. Sappy aromas of strawberry, cherry and dark chocolate. Densely packed and uncompromisingly dry, with chocolate and earth notes complementing the red fruit flavors. Finishes quite firm, with more acids than tannins. This has a very low pH of 3.25.
