Score 92/100 · Drink 1995-2015, Robert Parker, Jun 1995
The stunning 1992 Cabernet Sauvignons include the less minty, but opulent, rich, full-bodied, highly-concentrated, creamy-textured 1992 Cabernet Sauvignon Backus Vineyard. Long known for its minty, chocolate-scented nose, the 1992 displays plenty of cassis and chocolate, but less mint than usual. It can be drunk young and cellared for 15-20 years. Tel. (707) 963-2745
