Tasting notes
Full ruby. Smoke-tinged dark fruit and floral scents are sharpened by a peppery nuance. Fleshy and open-knit, offering gently sweet blackberry and blueberry flavors and a touch of mocha. Round, even tannins frame a long, spicy finish that features resonating blue fruit character and a hint of candied violet.

This is a very classically styled shiraz with plenty of ripe red and dark berries, framed in vanilla and leading to spiced plum-pudding flavors on the palate. Drink now. Screw cap.
Loam and black olives impart just enough of a savory edge to the mix of raspberries and boysenberries in the 2016 Valley Floor Shiraz. It's a supple, medium to full-bodied Barossa Shiraz, with plenty of drink-now charm, yet enough depth and richness to hold another 5-6 years.
