1995 Pinot Noir Rochioli

Rochioli has become one of California's finest practioners of high class Pinot Noir. In 1995 there are five separate cuvees, of which four are limited production single vineyard offerings. The 1995 Pinot Noir Estate exhibits a deep ruby color, a sweet, blackberry-scented nose, evidence of smoky wood, and round, generous, medium to full-bodied flavors. This supple Pinot is ideal for drinking over the next 4-5 years. It is hard to imagine many wineries turning out five Pinot Noirs of this quality from one vintage.
