Score 95/100 · Drink 2005-2015, Robert Parker, Dec 2005

The 2002 Chardonnay Zio Tony Ranch tastes like a steely Chablis on steroids. Very intense notes of green apples, liquefied minerals, popcorn, nectarines, and citrus oil jump from the glass of this wine, which seems to have put on some weight but lost none of its tightly knit, crisp style. This wine should drink well for at least 8-10 years. Tel. (707) 258-3608; Fax (707) 942-5633
