Good medium red. Reduced nose suggests red fruits and smoked meat. Densely packed and almost confectionery in its sweetness, but there's lovely subtlety and finesse here, along with a captivating balance of minerality and rather viscous tannins. A very concentrated yet suave wine that really stains the palate and lingers. Again, my only question here regards the ultimate grip and verve of this impressively constituted wine.
