Tasting notes
The 2019 Syrah La Bruma is sleek, racy and wonderfully polished, as it is in the best years. Bright floral notes meld into a core of dark red fruit in this enticing, mid-weight Syrah. La Bruma is all about sophistication and polish, both of which the 2019 has in spades.

The 2019 Estate Syrah La Bruma has a deep ruby-purple color and intense perfume of black cherry, blueberry, pen ink, graphite and violet, plus nuances of milk chocolate and black olive. The full-bodied palate explodes with concentrated, detailed flavors supported by loads of ripe, grainy tannins. It offers refreshing acidity that highlights its pure floral perfume, and it finishes long and expressive. It's a powerful Syrah that will gain complexity in the cellar over the next 10-15 years. 290 cases produced.
