2015 Vitovska

The 2015 Vitovska launches from the glass with an alluring display of exotic yellow florals surrounded by an air of dusty, crushed-stone minerality and dried apricot. It’s soft yet with a pronounced savory saltiness and brisk acids that pinch at the senses. There’s a lovely sweet-and-sour effect that lasts, tapering off to spiced and candied orange rinds. The Vitovska is fermented in amphorae and aged for two-and-a-half years in Slavonian botti prior to bottling.
