(this was scheduled to be bottled at the end of June; Pernot will assemble it in cuve literally the day before he bottles it) Musky aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and stone; less exotic than the village wine and the Folatieres. Fat, sweet and superripe, but with very good buffering material. More convincing than the Folatieres on the back end, if a tad warm.
