Tasting notes
A gently reductive edge of white pepper, cinnamon and green paprika adds to the impression of dried citrus and river stones. Full-bodied with just a touch of sweetness, this is structured and quite long on the finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

The 2017 Riesling Grand Cru Furstentum has a floral bouquet with pineapple and orange aromas. Picked at the end of September and on October 10 (one younger and one older plot), this Riesling is lush and silky textured, with a tight structure defined by fine but firm tannins. The fruit is perfectly ripe, and the palate always remains fresh. The finish is long, intensely aromatic, mouthwatering and leaves the fleshy fruit. Gorgeous. Tasted at the domaine in October 2018.
