2022 Kurni

Black as night, the 2022 Kurni takes no prisoners. It smolders up from the glass with an intense array of wood spice, smoke, dark chocolate, tobacco and raspberry preserves. This is an especially textural Kurni, with a velvety feel and depths of ultra-ripe red and black fruits carried across a stream of vibrant acidity. The 2022 leaves the palate drenched in primary concentration as a pretty inner sweetness lingers, nicely offset by silken tannins. While large-scale in proportion, the Kurni maintains very fine balance.
