Bright straw. Musky pear and vanilla on the nose, with a strong smokiness. Lush and creamy in texture, in the style of the house, but the oak character is pretty pronounced right now. Broad, sappy and penetrating, with strong finishing punch and an echo of vanillin oak and clove. Will this absorb the lumber?
