Score 90-92/100 · Drink 2026-2036, Neal Martin, Nov 2024

The 2022 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru comes from vines with a southeast exposure. This is well defined on the nose, more so than the Corton Grand Cru, displaying yellow fruit mixed with heather and melted wax aromas. The palate is very candied on the entry, with notes of vanilla pod and almond, fine acidity and a smooth, frangipane finish.
