Score 89-91/100 · Drink 2021-2032, Neal Martin, Jan 2020
The 2018 Vosne-Romanée Bossières has a light bouquet of mainly black fruit augmented by briary and earthy scents. It might need just a little more vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp tannins, taut and fresh, with gentle grip. There is little in terms of depth toward the finish, but there is a pleasing symmetry and this should drink well over the next decade.
