2011 Tokaji Late Harvest

(from surmaturite, not botrytis): Very pale color. Aromas of peach and banana lifted by a floral topnote. Sweet and easygoing, showing modest nuance and grip. Just enough acidity to enliven its fruit. Should make an attractive aperitif for drinking within the next two or three years.
