Full ruby-red. Aromas of roasted red fruits, dried rose, marzipan and smoke. Sweet on entry, then rather broad but a bit stunted in the middle palate, with slightly disjointed acidity. Currently dominated by its structure. Finishes slightly dry, with dusty, tongue-coating tannins and some unresolved acidity.
