The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté has a bright bouquet with hints of eucalyptus coming through with time. This is an open Aligoté, lightly spiced, perhaps not quite as tensile as you would find in a cooler growing season, rendering the finish quite easy-going compared to others tasted over the years.
