The 2023 Meursault Les Rougeots marries the charm of the vintage with this cuvée's hallmark density to lovely effect, unfurling in the glass with an incipiently complex bouquet of pear, sweet citrus zest, white flowers, mint and hazelnuts. Medium- to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with a fleshy, layered mid-palate, lively acids and a saline finish, it's a great success.

The 2023 Meursault Rougeots has a lively bouquet, very pretty with apricot blossom and orange blossom, touches of crushed limestone and cockle-shell. The palate is well balanced with a crisp line of acidity, bright and vibrant, hints of stem ginger decorating the elegant finish. This is a lovely Meursault.
