A blend of 17 plots – all vines are over 50 years old with the average age being 75 years. Somehow wintery in its tart, dark-red fruit. Rose hips and hawthorn berries. Tangy, and strapped tight with beautiful graphite-mineral tannins. Sparse and monosyllabic but fragrant. (TC)
