Tasting notes
The 2023 Chablis Village has a simple, stony nose that needs a bit of coaxing from the glass. The palate is simple but clean, with light orange cordial notes and just a slightly simplistic, tropical-tinged finish. Drink this over the next three years.

A blend of mostly left-bank parcels, Michel’s 2023 Chablis Village opens in the glass to reveal aromas of pear, beeswax and apple. Medium to full-bodied, ample and charming, it's a fleshy wine with succulent acidity and a medium finish, leaving a desire for greater persistence.
The quite strict 2023 Chablis Village offers Granny Smith and orange rind on the nose, with light mango scents emerging with aeration. The palate is taut and fresh with a slight creaminess in texture towards the finish. Drink over 4-5 years.
