Tasting notes
The 2023 Echézeaux Grand Cru is the last vintage that Bouchard will produce from this parcel in En Orveaux, which is leaving the domaine. Offering up aromas of dark berries, orange zest, petals and licorice, it's medium to full-bodied, lively and perfumed, with bright acids that reflect its cool location.

Now a domaine wine, but which will move to Domaine d’Eugénie in due course. Not one of the deeper colours and very perfumed – then comes the explanation, 70% whole bunches. Silky with undulations of flavour, a slightly restrained strawberry fruit, middleweight yet very persistent.
About the producer
