FINE+RARE, Nov 2024

Nicole Lamarche’s typically elegant Bourgogne Rouge comes from a 0.46-hectare plot of 45-50-year-old vines in Les Lutinières, in the southeast of Vosne-Romanée. It’s very delicately coloured and beautifully perfumed, with red cherries and a hint of spice. This is followed by a palate full of energy – a lively and delicate mouthful packed with crunchy red fruit. A pretty Bourgogne, this is very approachable and the perfect introduction to the Lamarche style – lacy and pure.
