Full bottle 1,355 g. Refined, elegant, tense nose of green apples with great juiciness. Very firm finish and still extremely youthful. Real texture as well as purity. Some smokiness too. Such a neat finish. Super stuff. (JR)

The 2019 Clos de Mosny offers both precision and seriousness in a midweight package. Hailing from chalky soils with flint topsoil, it delivers rich density and a delectably smooth texture, with aromas of white flowers and pear as well as vanilla custard and the merest sprinkling of flint. It finishes taut and refined. This parcel has only been in the hands of the Blot family since 2011, and from the wines it's producing, it seems to have been a worthy purchase.
