Tasting notes
The fruit for this wine all comes from one lieu-dit, La Justice. It’s a crunchy, lean and fresh style of Gevrey – with juicy, crunchy red fruit and chalky minerality too. Mouthwatering, with a tart edge, this flirts with lean-ness in its pure linearity.

Cask sample. Gentle sweetness without the bitterness of the Domaine samples. Quite appealing actually! Reasonably long. (JR)
All from la Justice this year (purchased fruit). An even ruby purple, with a savoury fresh strawberry fruit. Nicely balanced, middleweight, with the stems keeping the finish fresh. Good length, a sound and balanced Gevrey for the medium term.
