Coche's 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté is very attractive, offering up notes of pear, vanilla pod and waxy citrus rind, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny and suave palate with a fleshy core of fruit and a saline finish. This attractively textural bottling sees the same élevage in barrel as the domaine's other whites.
The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté has a clean and precise bouquet that's quite strict at first but opens gradually with time. The palate is fresh on the entry and a little peppery in style with ample weight on the finish. This is very refined.
About the producer

Domaine Jean-François Coche-Dury is one of the most sought-after names in Burgundy, famed for producing some of the most expensive white wines in the world. The demand for these fiercely collected wines far outstrips supply.
