Score 90/100 · Drink 2025-2040, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Apr 2023

The 2020 Couhins exhibits aromas of cherries, orange zest and berries framed by a touch of light reduction that dissipates quickly in the glass. Medium-bodied, chalky and precise, it will merit a few years' patience, but it's a strong effort for this estate, which is now in organic conversion.

Good quality, this majors on black cherry, lovely supple tannins, clear cocoa and chocolate. Enjoyable. In organic conversion, sandy gravel soils, an innovative property that has great potential.
