Tasting notes
The 2022 Meursault À Mon Plaisir Clos du Haut Tesson unwinds in the glass with aromas of pear, green apple and citrus zest mingled with white flowers, freshly baked bread, crushed mint and stuck match. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and suave, it's deep and layered, with lively acids and a long, stony finish.

Cask sample. Mid-pale lemon. Closed nose but with a touch of leesy richness in the aromas. Richer weight and texture on the palate. Ripe apple and pear, dressed in lime. Volume really rises on the finish, but dry, dry, dry – almost painfully so. Saline, chalky minerality. Fine length. (MH)
