Score 92/100 · Drink 2027-2033, Allen Meadows, Burghound

A slightly more elegant nose is comprised by notes of essence of spiced pear that are laced with floral and barely perceptible resin hints. The medium-bodied flavors are also exceptionally rich though perhaps just a bit finer, all wrapped in a caressing, palate coating and lingering finish that flashes focused power. This isn't a wine of refinement though it is finer than the Morgeot.
