Tasting notes
Black cherry, sweet and open on the palate. Classic Malbec fruitiness but there is appreciable tannic fuzz on the finish, which works well and elevates it above a simple fruit bomb. (RH)

Bright ruby-red. Blackberry, licorice and plum aromas are complicated by hints of chocolate and mint; seems a bit less consistently ripe than the 2014 Cabernet. Then sweeter in the mouth than the nose suggests, showing a minty nuance to the plum and currant flavors. Finishes with light, tongue-dusting tannins and decent length.
