Bursting with aromas of white flowers, orange blossom, oyster shell, crisp peach and pear, the 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with racy acids and an intensely saline and delicately honeyed finish. This has turned out beautifully.

The 2021 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru has a much more precise bouquet than the Blanchot that unfolds nicely with aeration. The palate is firm with clear acidity; the 2021 is taut and fresh with a lovely saline finish. I much prefer this Les Preuses to Blanchots this year - excellent.
